For a designer, when a father and son decide to quit everything and jump into the world of woodworking, it is a beautiful occasion to create an image that will justify the professional jump, and that will quickly bring them closer to their customers.
The logo has been created from two tree branches of different height: representing the father and the son. For Aubut, the choice of the letter A from their name was important to represent the brand.
An electric branding iron for wood has been created to sign each of their creations. And for their business cards made 100% out of wood, the same branding iron was used to put the logo, without ever using ink.
The logo was selected in the Logolounge 2017 book, a compilation of the best international logos.
